Your Egyptologist guide will meet you at the Alexandria Port cruise exit door. It will take approximately three hours to drive from Alexandria in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Your Egyptologist guide will give you a fascinating introduction about each pyramid: Cheops Khafre, Menakaure, and Khafre. You will also be able to visit the Valley Temple, which is part of the Pyramids of Chephren. Optionally, you will be able to visit the burial chamber of one pyramid. However, you must not bring your guide. You can also go on a camel ride through the pyramids area (optional and at an additional cost). You will then continue to the plateau to take photos of the three pyramids rising out of the sands with the Cairo skyline as background. You will find yourself at the feet the Sphinx, the mysterious symbol of Egypt for thousands of years.
