Payments

PayPal has been authorized to receive credit card payments on behalf of Egypt Life Tours. Do not pay to any other person or site because we won’t receive such payment and your payment will be invalid. On your credit card statement, payment will reflect as narration for PayPal and not Egypt life tours.

Payment has to be fully made before any service is rendered from us. If for any reason your payment was not completed, was rejected, or charged back, you lose all rights to our goods and services you paid for. If there is a chargeback after you have completed the tour, PayPal has the right to challenge such payment.

Cancellations

You are allowed to cancel tours if circumstances that prevent you from being available arises but note that you will be charged a percentage of your total payment depending on how close your tour date is.

Below is a table of how you will be charged.

15 – 30 days before the tour date 25% of your total fee
7 – 14 days before the tour date 50% of your total fee
6 – 4days before the tour date 75% of your total fee
3 -1 day before the tour date 100% of your total fee

 

If you are going to cancel, try to do so as early as possible via a written note, email, or fax.

If you would like to cancel any domestic flight booking you might have made concerning the tour, note that cancellation fees will be charged according to the policies of the airline, these policies can change depending on the time and circumstances.

Refunds

If there is a need for a refund. It will be paid automatically through the payment method and the original account the payment was charged from.

Complaints

If during the tour, you have any complaints please inform Egypt Life Tours as soon as possible in order to get instant solutions to your issues. If you have a complaint after the tour, you can email or call us, and our customer service team will attend to you speedily.

Agreement Acceptance

Customers are expected to sign a contract that includes all rules and regulations of Egypt Life Tours during booking. It contains all the agreements between the customer and the company. If you are paying online through PayPal, it means that you have automatically agreed to our terms and conditions as stated here.

Accommodation

The default accommodation arrangement is such that two people share a room. If there is going to be any changes to this, you will be notified before the trip.  There is also the option of single occupancy in a room, but customers will have to pay an extra fee for such service.

The names of the establishment providing accommodation will be given to customers. You are allowed to make reservations if you want.

levy and other costs at specific times are behind published prices, and these prices can change anytime, without giving prior notice to the customer.

Domestic Flights:

Egypt Life Tours work with several domestic airlines to get you around the country safely. All tourists are usually put on the same flight and at the same time. If you would like to adjust your flight time, you can do so with the payment of an extra fee.

International Flights:

We can help you arrange international flights when necessary. However, we would advise that international flight be booked from the point of departure, as it avails the customer with various choices of airlines, time, and price.

Responsibility

Egypt Life Tours will only work in the capacity of organizers for participants on a trip. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur in the process of the tour including illnesses, delays, loss of property, damages, or any other abnormalities we may face due to some of the following.

  • Government regulations
  • Bad weather
  • Riots and civil unrests
  • Acts of God
  • Delays and cancellation
  • Change in choices of hotels or restaurants.

Any additional charges incurred during the trip will be born solely by the participant.

Special Requests

Customers with special requests are encouraged to inform us when booking a trip, we will do our best to work with suppliers to meet the requests. We do not guarantee that every special request will be met, but we will do our best to facilitate this.

Even if such special requests are included in your invoice, this means we have passed on your request to the supplier, it does not guarantee that they will be met. We do not agree with any booking that is dependent on satisfying a special request.

Children Policy

Egypt Life Tours do not provide babysitting services for children during tours. Parents are to have full responsibility for their children from the start to the end of the trip. The fee for children may differ according to age as seen below.

2-5 25% of the total fee
6-11 50% of your total fee

 

Children from 12 years and above are considered adults and are required to pay the complete fee for the tour.
